Full Service Home Staging: ($95.00/hr.) After the Consultation, Sold By Design will work to achieve the best sales impact
possible for the home. This can be done for a wide range of budgets, from redesigning, using only the homeowner's existing
furnishings, to staging a vacant property with furniture, art, and accessories. This includes color and lighting consultation. Sold By
Design will also provide a checklist for how best to prepare the property for selling, as well as tips on presentation, and will take
pictures for the MLS. The hourly rate is determined by hours spent on the client's property, and does not reflect the numerous hours
spent planning, shopping, and coordinating services for the client, which we consider part our constant striving to give each and
every client the best service possible.
"Redesign to Shine!": ($245.00) This package is hands-on, interactive, and immediate. I will work with the homeowner to do
everything we can in the course of three hours to make the property shine! This includes moving furniture, art/picture hanging,
touch-up work, etc.
The "Money Saver" Package: ($245.00) In addition to Consultation and a written report, I will provide a specific room-by-room
portfolio, including new furniture placement plans (to scale) and suggested paint colors, if needed. The homeowner can do as little
or as much as they like. I will return after the homeowner has completed their changes for final "tweaking" and take photos for
listing on their MLS.
"A La Carte" Services:
Personal Shopping: ($55.00/hr.) Sold By Design will shop for key items such as lighting, hardware, accessories, etc. Sold By
Design will show client samples/pictures of the items and their prices, or will purchase them with the budget provided by the
client. This can also include shopping for rental furniture.
Professional Organization: ($95.00/hr.) With a detached, non-judgemental eye, the experts at SBD will bring order to your chaos.

existing furniture and accessories, as well as ways to enhance the curb appeal of the property, and
includes a written report. Consultations generally last between one and two-and-a-half hours long,
depending on square footage and the needs of the property.
